Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

NOTE: You are responsible for all damages caused to equipment during the rental period, this includes damages over the security deposit amount. Fuel is included and you will not be charged upon the return of the watercraft.

1. RENTAL FEES AND DEPOSITS
   1.1 Rental fees are payable in advance and are based on the rental period selected at the time of booking.
   1.2 A security deposit of $500 per unit will be required at the time of rental, which will be refunded upon the safe return of the unit in the same condition as it was at the time of rental.

   1.3 You are to return your rental unit on time. Every 30 minutes past your designated return time will add on 50$.

2. BOOKING CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
   2.1 All bookings must be canceled at least 5 days in advance to booking to receive a full refund.
   2.2 If you cancel less than 4 days a 50$ fee will be charged.
   2.3 Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation do not qualify for any refund.

3. RIDER QUALIFICATIONS AND SAFETY
   3.1 Only persons aged 18 years or older who hold a valid driver's license and are competent in the operation of a watercraft may operate a PWC / Boat.
   3.2 All renters must attend a safety briefing before the rental period starts.
   3.3 All renters must wear the provided lifejacket at all times while operating a Jetski.
   3.4 The Jetski must not be operated under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
   3.4 All renters must agree to not exceed the weight limit, or passenger capacity limit.

4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE JETSKI
   4.1 The renter is responsible for the Jetski during the rental period and must return it in the same condition as it was at the time of rental.
   4.2 The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the Jetski during the rental period, and will be charged for the repair costs.
   4.3 The renter is responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal costs arising from the operation of the Jetski during the rental period.

1. LIABILITY
   5.1 We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property during the rental period.
   5.2 We are not liable for any injury or death resulting from the operation of the Jetski during the rental period.
   5.3 The renter indemnifies us against any claims made against us arising from the operation of the Jetski during the rental period.

2. FORCE MAJEURE
   We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under this agreement if such failure is caused by any event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or governmental regulations.

3. LAW AND JURISDICTION
   This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Jetski rental takes place. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

4. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
   This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, or representations between the parties, whether written or oral.
